Moringa Oleifera Processed Into Packaged Drinks at Cibesut RPTRA

The caretakers of the Cipinang Besar Utara (Cibesut) child-friendly integrated public space (RPTRA), Jatinegara, East Jakarta are utilizing daun kelor (Moringa oleifera) leaves into a fresh packaging drink and pudding.

These packaging drinks and pudding can reduce heat and fever

It started from the entrepreneurship training held by the East Jakarta Maritime, Agriculture, and Food Security Sub-agency in 2017.

"These packaging drinks and pudding can reduce heat and fever," said Cibesut RPTRA Coordinator, Rika Rostika, Friday (4/5).

Thus far its production is still in accordance with the number of orders. Every day, she is able to produce 25 bottles of drinks labeled Miracle. It is sold at Rp 6,000 and 40 cups of pudding, which is sold at Rp 3,000.

To meet its production needs, around 100 trees are planted in the park area and the village office, which are located next to each other.

Yet the product marketing is still in PKK Mart and is disseminated via social media. This drink is made without preservatives, so they can only last for two days.

"If it is stored in the fridge, it can last for two weeks," she told.
